ZM’s Jase & PJ kidnap Mike Hosking’s vacuum cleaner

Last week, a very heated war went down between Newstalk ZB’s Mike Hosking and a number of other radio announcers around the NZME building in Auckland, and it was all about Hosking’s vacuum cleaner.

Turns out ‘The Hosk’ is pretty protective of his favourite cleaning device, so the ZM Drive Show “Jase and PJ” stole it, leading to a savage response from Mike Hosking himself.

Jase and PJ then took the beloved cleaner to Taranaki, where they even had a spa with it. They have been holding the vacuum cleaner for ransom and the only way The Hosk was able to get it back was if he rode in PJ’s 1996 Toyota Corolla “shitbox”.

This from a man who drives a Ferrari, and occasionally a Rolls Royce.
