……..a crocodile gets named after you.

Mix 104.9 drive announcer, Phil Dean, celebrated his 1st anniversary at the station and says…

"I can only take it as a sign that I have finally become a true Territorian! There's a certain 'je ne sais quoi' to doing a live broadcast with a 2m saltwater crocodile lying on the floor less than a metre away. I call it 'je ne sais quoi'. You probably call it 'crapping in your pants'."

"We noticed a striking resemblance between Phil and this particular crocodile temperament-wise so we decided to name it after him"
