Would you house a refugee in your home?

Yanchep  is about 56 clicks North of downtown Perth…. and they have a big heart. On hit929 Heidi, Will & Woody this morning, they put out the question: “If you could, would you house a refugee in your home?”

Kim from Yanchep called the show and told Heidi Will and Woody that she, along with a group of around 350 mums are running a campaign to find a family and raise money to put them on a plane and bring them to Perth.

They are a part of a group called ‘Mums in Yanchep’.

“I mean it’s Monday, imagine if by Friday – you know two days flying – we can have a family safe in a rental here in Yanchep,” Kim said.
