Vale 2MC’s ‘June The Tea Lady’

2MC in Port Macquarie have lost a long time member of the station.

'June The Tea Lady' passed away this morning after being ill for some time. She worked at 2MC/2MCFM for 23 years.

Strawny from the breakfast show said: "She was so much fun to be around, June always saw a funny side to every situation, not matter how serious. She was so loyal and the part I loved best was her compassion for people, all people from all walks of life. June would have been 90 on June 2nd this year. Rest in peace you beautiful person."
