Triple M’s a sausage-fest

Triple M Brisbane's Grill Team have launched a summer themed story arc to build the best snag in town.

Each of the Breakfast team have designed their own sausage; Marto the Lamb Roast sausage, Pete Timbs the San Choi Bow (sausage wrapped in a lettuce leaf), and Michelle Anderson the Taco Sausage (sausage in a taco, obviously!).

Triple M client 'Super Butcher' has come on board to make the three prototypes for the Grill Team, and each will then be tested on listeners, who will vote for their favourite.

The winning sausage will be sold at 'Super Butcher' right through summer.

“The humble sausage has undergone a true renaissance over the past few years, with Australia’s passion for cooking shows on television and celebrity chefs and all things culinary at an all-time high. Gourmet sausages are hot in the kitchen now and we are determined to create Brisbane’s best Summer sausage,” said Pete Timbs.
