Rebel FM launches The Sports Show

The Gold Coast’s Rebel FM has launched The Sports Show.

The show is hosted by a panel of four: Laura Merrin, Joe Hall, Chris Clegg and James Brooks, and will run from 11am to 1pm on Saturdays.

The station said it will cover local and national sports news, interspersed with the biggest rock tracks in the world. It has segments including The GOAT Cup, The Sin Bin and Legend of the Week.

Merrin said the show is a chance to talk about people’s favourite sports and have a laugh while doing it.

“To be part of Rebel FM’s first sports show is just fantastic,” she said. “I think we’ve succeeded in creating a space for listeners to enjoy a casual, informative chat between sports enthusiasts.”
