The Mood of the Nation: 4th Edition

Staff Writer

So who is feeling more positive?

How has the nation’s mood shifted over the last 16 months and what drives it?

It’s the 4th Edition of the SCA Research Mood of the Nation. They took 1600 odd people from around the country. To be fair, a large chunk came from their branded panels (Today/MMM) but a further 500 were externally recruited blind (no idea SCA was behind the survey) to participate as well.

That out of the way, it gives a gives a nice snapshot of how we are going.

As you step through the presentation you will see results broken out or segmented with a couple of broad labels – "Free as a Bird" (18-29's), "Family Flock" (30-49's) and "Empty Nesters" (50+)
