Sweet little birthday twist for Mix 106.3’s Kristen & Nige at Floriade

When Floriade opened its gates in Canberra, Mix 106.3 brekky duo Kristen & Nige were there to get a first-hand look, broadcasting live from Australia‘s biggest spring celebration.

Whilst they were on air, young John – one of their lucky guests – happened to be celebrating his 9^th birthday.

So, Kristen & Nige made sure it was one to remember.

Put to the test in a the $1000 Minute quiz, John – with the teeeeeeeniest bit of prompting from newsreader Kate Rice and producer Haylee Potts – aced every single question.

He now plans to put his prizemoney towards a new motorbike.
