Survey #1: The Results – Brisbane

The Robin Bailey effect has impacted Brisbane with Triple M climbing 1.3 to a 10.6 share but still being 97.3FM at 12.5 – but a drop of 1.2 points.

· SCA will be popping the bubbles, we think. Up 1.3 at Triple M and jumps in the 18-24 and 40-53 demos – 3.1 and 1.8, respectively. But the big win is breakfast with the addition of Robin Bailey – a 2.9 point increase which carried across the day.

· 4KQ has lost 5.5 share of its all important 55-64 demo and 2.5 share of people 65+. Overall it’s carrying a share of 7.5, down 1.8 points.

· And not a great start to 2017 at 97.3FM following Robin’s departure. A 1.2 loss overall at 12.5 ahead of the M’s. On breakfast with Terry, Bob and Bianca down to 11.1, down 2 full points.

· Although Nova had a great run across the country, in the most part at least, in Adelaide some key shifts took a drop – breakfast is down 1.5 and drive 1.5. And in the 18-24 demo, a 7.8 share loss down to 24.1. But the j’s picked up 8 points – hottest 100 related, most likely, let’s see how it plays out in the next book.

· Hit breakfast is up 3 points, SCA will again be happy with that. Likely jump due to some channel surfing courtesy of the changes at 97.3FM and Triple M… but it’s a clear arm wrestle between Hit and Nova
