Seamus Evans joins Far North Queensland’s Hit103.5 Breakfast

Staff Writer

Far North Queensland’s Hit103.5 is excited to announce Seamus Evans will join Carly Portch for breakfast from Monday, 4 March.

With an extensive resume, Seamus has had stints presenting nationally on television and isn’t afraid to be behind the microphone performing live stand up comedy.

Seamus has been on the airwaves presenting breakfast throughout Victoria and New South Wales for a number of years most recently Hit104.9 The Border.

He was also featured on Radio Today’s coveted Top New Talent to Watch in 2017.

“I’m Super excited to move from one end of Australia to the other, crocodiles, cassowaries, the Great Barrier Reef, highly venomous jellyfish and more tourists than an amusement park.

It’s safe to say life won’t get boring in FNQ and working alongside Carly is another addition to life in paradise!” Seamus said.

SCA Cairns CD Rod Maldon, said: “By searching for the perfect candidate through SCA’s talent development unit Hubble, Seamus was an obvious choice not only because of his experience but immediate on-air chemistry with co-host Carly.”

“We are thrilled to have him join the team in Cairns, he is a talented guy who screams passion for the gig.” said Rod Maldon, Content Director SCA Cairns.
