Sam Smith takes over KIIS from 3pm today
This afternoon, Mitch Churi will be hosting a special event on the KIIS Network with singer Sam Smith as they take over the show from 3pm to promote their fourth studio album, Gloria.
The Pick Up with Sam Smith joins the news that Gloria the tour will come to Australia later this year.
Mitch can’t wait to host the event today and talk all things music and life with Sam.
“I’m so excited for everyone to hear this interview. Sam has grown so much over the last 12 months and is in a really special part of their career. We talk love, aging, new music and of course a good Maccas drive through,” said Mitch.
The Pick Up with Sam Smith will be on today from 3pm on KIIS 1065, KIIS 101.1, KIIS 97.3 and Mix102.3, as well as available for listening via the iHeart app.

At the risk of being shouted down by the pronoun haters… First paragraph should read “they” and “their” not he and his.
Point taken. If Sam uses the plural pronoun we will respect that. So we have modified this comment.
They has been used as a singular pronoun for centuries, it is not grammatically incorrect

I notice RadioToday have since edited their reply to the above comment, which I was I think is a great move for you. I was a little taken aback when I first read it yesterday.
