Robin Bailey joins Triple M Brisbane Breakfast

Robin Bailey is joining Greg Martin & Ed Kavalee on Triple M Brisbane Breakfast for 2017.

Robin said:  “It means I will be able to continue to do what I love most, broadcasting to the people of Brisbane. I’m really looking forward to this great new challenge.

“Of course it will be slightly different to what I’ve done before, but I’m very much looking forward to being a part of the Ed and Marto show.”

Southern Cross Austereo’s Brisbane General Manager, Damon Rielly said, “After hearing about Robin’s sudden departure from her previous breakfast commitments, we jumped at the opportunity to have her join Triple M’s breakfast show in 2017.

“Robin loves Brisbane and loves her rock and I can’t wait for Brisbane to wake up to Marto, Ed and Robin next year to start the day finding out what matters in Brisbane.”

The move to Triple M comes after Robin exited breakfast on 97.3 last month, after a ten year run.

Robin exclusively shared with Radio Today: “It’s been really gratifying to get so much support from so many people in the radio industry as well as listeners and friends.

“And in the last couple of weeks hearing from several media outlets radio and television with some great offers of work. Getting the call from Triple M was a dream come true.

“It all happened so quickly I was offered a role at Triple M last week and signed a contract yesterday“.
