Robbie Von fills in on Hit WA Breakfast

Robbie Von is filling in for Allan Aldworth on Hit WA Breakfast, hosting the show alongside Carly Portch while Aldworth is on paternity leave.

Aldworth is preparing to welcome his first child and settle into life as a new dad.

He’s due to return in mid-September.

Von – who took on the role of Triple M WA Breakfast announcer at the start of the year – says “After an extensive nationwide search, it became clear that no-one was available, so I’ve pulled a Bradbury to keep Allan’s seat warm!”

“In all seriousness, I’m really looking forward to a brief stint in the HIT WA Breakfast hotseat. Carly is an absolute crack up and it’s going to be a lot of fun sharing the studio for a couple of months!”

Allan & Carly – with Robbie starts today on Hit WA and the LiSTNR app. Robbie & Carly will commence a four day regional tour of Kalgoorlie  next week.

Corey Sutton will take on Triple M WA breakfast while Robbie helps out on Hit.
