Rachel Rayner, Science Explainer to launch new podcast series at Fringe World

She’s known as Rachel Rayner, Science Explainer.

A poet, performer and communicator with a focus on science storytelling and public interest, Rachel has announced two live shows next month during Perth’s Fringe World Festival to launch her new podcast series Australian Highlights.

The series explores the captivating stories behind Australia‘s most groundbreaking innovations.

It’s a collection of podcast interviews, explainers and online articles which shines the spotlight on stories that Aussies haven’t heard before, highlighting the ingenuity and diversity that propel the country forward.

As the inaugural episodes are released, there will be two live episodes held in celebration – with tickets available to join the audience.

Rayner says she has some great stories to share at Fringe World.

“We’ll venture deep into space, across the Western Australian outback, and see how we stack up against the rest of the world.”

“I’m looking forward to bringing these stories to the stage and have the people of Perth there to celebrate with us.”
