How do you interview a Prime Minister who’s too busy for your Breakfast show?

Nova Perth’s Nathan, Nat & Shaun have been trying to get the PM on their show for a while with no luck. So they sent in a new breed of political reporter – Greg Hire from the Perth Wildcats was set the task of seeking the PM out.

Luckily Greg stood out in the crowd at Perth’s Hyatt Hotel – he was ushered into the room for a photo with the PM, and successfully got him on the phone to the Breakfast Team.

Nat said “We thought this wouldn’t happen so much that we didn’t even prepare any questions – hence why we asked about his neck ties!”

“Our expectations were quite low – we thought it might just be some fun content- and Greg Hire delivered! Mission Impossible wasn’t so impossible after all.”
