Nova 919’s new afternoon announcer is …..

Last week it was announced that Nova 919 Adelaide afternoon announcer Jaben Ryan was joining Nova 96.9 Sydney as a floater.

Replacing him in Adelaide will be Cale Porter.

Cale most recently hosted the Saturday night Nova Network show nationally. His has also filled in for Smallzy’s Surgery and The Fresh 40 Countdown in his time at Nova 96.9.

Cale said: “I’m super excited to be returning to Adelaide. I cannot wait to get behind the mic from Monday.”

Dave Shearer, Nova 919's PD said: “Cale is young, local and has great energy about him. He will be a great addition to the Nova 919 line up."
