“My whole life is going to change.” Kyle sets the record straight on his health

Reporter

Kyle Sandilands has set the record straight on rumours surrounding his health.

On this morning’s Kyle & Jackie O Show on KIIS FM, Sandilands addressed questions as to why he hasn’t been in for surgery yet, after his recent brain aneurysm diagnosis.

“The surprise that I haven’t had the emergency surgery is no surprise to anyone who really listens to the show properly, because I’ve gone to the surgeon and it’s a strange shape and attached to many different arteries, vessels or whatever they’re called, so it’s not a simple thing to get to.”

“I’ve made it quite clear to journalists and on this show that it’s more dangerous to go in and get it right now than it is to keep monitoring it.”

He also revealed he attended an appointment with his cardiologist on Friday.

Kyle says it’s been identified that he’s been over-medicated and, whilst his blood pressure isn’t as bad as it used to be, there are times when he ‘drops off the cliff’ occasionally. He might have days where he’s fine, then random days when he’s sick.

Of his brain aneurysm diagnosis, Kyle said “It is dangerous. I’ve got to change my whole lifestyle, which is complete shit, but it is what it is.”

The hardest thing to believe about Kyle’s diagnosis is that he actually has a “brain”. I still need more proof.
