More AFTRS intensive short courses available

If you’re looking to gain more practical skills, AFTRS has a series of intensive short courses available.

Storytelling for Business (6-15 Dec and 17 Jan 2023) is offered as either a one-day, in-person course or an online course of 2 x half days. This course will teach you the soft communication skills and hard techniques for effective storytelling.

Mobile Content Creation (18 Jan-15 Feb 2023) is offered as either a one-day, in-person course, or an online course of 5 x short evening sessions. This course is for anyone with access to a smartphone who wants to engage with their audiences on digital platforms and keep production-quality high.

Lighting Intensive (12-16 Dec and 9-13 Jan 2023) is a five-day cinematography course that will teach you how to use light to enhance story, and how to work with different light mediums.

Directing Intensive (16-20 Jan 2023) is a one-week, five day, on-campus course that will teach you how to work with actors, analyse scripts, and scene block.
