Mix 102.3’s $50,000 Noise has finally been correctly guessed after eight weeks, making it the station’s longest ever noise campaign.

Margo Longbottom, from Parkside in Adelaide, is now $50,000 richer after correctly identifying the ‘noise’ – tearing Glad Wrap.

Since April, the station has received over 300,000 phone calls, with lines crashing on multiple occasions, and hundreds of incorrect guesses.

Five clues even appeared on MasterChef.

Margo plans to use the life-changing money to go on a holiday with her mum, Kim.
