Making Cents: Acast signs Frances Cook’s new money podcast

Independent podcast company Acast has partnered with award-winning journalist Frances Cook as she launches her new podcast Making Cents with Frances Cook.

Making Cents aims to simplify the often-confusing world of finance, with Cook helping listeners navigate money, from budgeting through to investing, in a fun and relaxed way.

Cook will be busting through the jargon and figuring out realistic money solutions on a weekly basis, with two episodes per week for listeners to enjoy. Along the way, Cook will chat to people who’ve made big money changes to discover how it’s transformed their lives.

Acast will host, distribute and monetise the podcast globally as part of the Acast Creator Network.

Cook says “I’m stoked to be joining Acast as an independent podcaster. Podcasting is only getting bigger and bigger, and it’s so important to keep creative control of the work so that I can deliver something truly special for the audience.”

Making Cents with Frances Cook will be available twice-weekly from today (30 September), with new episodes dropping on Monday and Thursday, wherever you listen to podcasts.
