Kyle loses his Dad, his emotional farwell

Just back from Paris, Kyle and Jackie O shared some sad news this morning with Kyle’s dad losing his battle with liver cancer.

Kyle said that he had the chance to say goodbye to his dad with his brother just before he left for Paris and told him to “hold on” until he got back.

When Kyle landed he sent a message to his family saying he was home and his step mum revealed that she had told his dad he was back, Peter then passed away 10 minutes later. Kyle talked emotionally On-Air about losing his Dad.

ARN’s National Content Director, Duncan Campbell said:   “This is obviously a very sad time for Kyle and he and his family are in the thoughts of everyone at KIIS 1065 and ARN.”

During this very sad and difficult time, Kyle and his family have no further statement to make at this stage.
