Aussie DJ takes the piss out of radio stations giving away toilet paper

Whether it’s memes, articles, audio, or video; coronavirus content is all the rage right now, especially as #toiletpapergate continues to grip Australia.

After Radio Today pointed out several radio stations giving toilet paper away to listeners this week, musician and producer KCB decided to give his own take on the situation.

He starts by welcoming listeners back to “1069 Kleenex FM,” while tongue-in-cheek promoting his own music.

“Time to hit the phones now for the world’s biggest toilet paper giveaway!” he says.

“Brought to you by the Coronavirus, Sarah from Blacktown, you’ve just won yourself the corner of a kleenex tissue toilet paper!”

Shopping panic has well and truly set-in, with one man reportedly tased in a NSW Big W on Wednesday, while 2GB reported that a person pulled a knife at Paramatta Woolworths near the toilet paper aisle.

BREAKING | NSW Police have confirmed an incident at Parramatta Woolworths.

A listener has told @deborah_knight the toilet paper aisle is taped off and 6 officers are in attendance.

Police received reports of someone in possession of a knife.
