Jules Lund: The Seismic Shift in the Social Media Landscape

If you were at the CRA Conference this year, Jules Lund’s presentation was one of the many standouts.

Last year, he travelled the country sharing strategies that had made 'The Fifi & Jules' Facebook page the most engaged in Australia. Fast forward to 2015, and not only are those strategies already redundant, but he strongly advises against them.

“The world caught up and everyone was spammed. Facebook changes the game, they detected viral content and they could block it”, said Jules.
