Jones grows Macquarie stake

The Macquarie Radio Network has released its annual report this week. The financial detail contained in the report is essentially what was released in their preliminary report a few weeks ago.

However the official annual report notes that Alan Jones private company, Hadiac pty ltd, exercised its option for 1,333,334 shares in Macquarie last month. Those shares were issued to Jones on September 3, as tranche 1 of his option agreement.

There remains 2,666,666 unissued shares which Jones has options over in Macquarie, these will become available through the term of his present contract.
