Inspiring confidence: Radio Today’s 30 Under 30 Awards

Reporter

Confidence is a quality that is sometimes hard to summon, particularly in the workplace. It takes courage to speak up. To move outside our comfort zone.

Acast Development Manager Jordon Lott says winning a Radio Today 30 Under 30 award has done wonders for her in that department.

Jordon tells Radio Today “I’ve had the honour of winning 30 Under 30 two years in a row now, and without a doubt it’s made me more confident at work.”

“I find myself voicing my opinion more, and putting more trust in my own ideas. Knowing that the work I have done has been recognised by the industry encourages me to push myself out of my comfort zone to achieve even more.”

For Jordon, winning the award has fostered self-belief.

“I was a finalist for Thought Leader of the Year in the 2022 Radio Today Podcast Awards, and there is no way I would have considered myself eligible for this award if I hadn’t won 30 Under 30 the year prior.”

This year, it could be you on the receiving end.
