The Independent Media Agencies of Australia (IMAA) has launched its first radio ad campaign across the Australian Radio Network.

The IMAA is a new, national, not for profit industry association for the independent media agency industry. Established in February, 2020, it was set up to promote the benefits of working with independent media agencies and build further respect for independent media agencies.

The radio campaign launches today (Tuesday, August 4) across ARN’s KIIS and Pure Gold Networks, to promote working with members of the IMAA and directing businesses to its website.

“ARN wholeheartedly support the IMAA in their mission to support Australian businesses who are working hard towards recovery in this challenging economic climate,” sand ARN chief commercial officer Pete Whitehead.

“Aligned with the IMAA vision, we are focused on delivering access to a team of specialists across all parts of our business to help local businesses achieve great outcomes. We’re proud to deliver a radio campaign that clearly promotes the benefits and expertise that Australia owned and operated independent media agencies offer to their clients.”

The IMAA’s first radio campaign has also been designed to educated advertisers of the value of independent media agencies, promote collaboration between agencies, and help build the Australian economy with a platform for 100% Australian-owned agencies.

“We are so thrilled to partner with ARN to launch our first national advertising campaign that will help promote our members and the independent sector’s skills to a large business audience,” said

“It’s a fantastic initiative and ARN has donated the airtime to help get independent media agencies front and centre for businesses looking to work with Australian-owned companies.”

The two-week campaign was produced in-house at ARN.
