Here’s cheers: Kyle & Jackie O celebrate Melbourne launch

“It’s the day of the revolution. The beginning of the 20-year dream of going national, one city at a time.”

That was the summation from Kyle Sandilands, after he and Jackie O Henderson launched their Breakfast show into Melbourne this morning.

Jackie O added “I can’t believe it’s here, it’s been a long time coming.”

Today’s inaugural broadcast on KIIS 101.1 featured a star-studded lineup of celebrity endorsements, with notable personalities including Hugh Jackman, Keith Urban, Meghan Trainor and Miranda Kerr sending messages of congratulations.

The pair was also joined on air by Jason Derulo, Michael Bublé, Rob Schneider and PM Anthony Albanese.

The Kyle & Jackie O Show can now be heard on KIIS 101.1 Melbourne and KIIS 1065 Sydney every weekday morning from 6.00am.
