Hamish & Andy announce new TV project ‘Perfect Holiday’

Former Hit Network duo Hamish & Andy have teased a new TV project coming in late 2019.

Following the success of their most recent show True Story, the pair have announced a new project called Perfect Holiday.

“We are back everyone! We surprised each other with a new travel adventure every day over the last three weeks and created our ‘Perfect Holiday’,” they announced via Instagram.

“The new show will be out later this year and we can’t wait for you to see it*.

“*some bits we don’t want our families to see.”

The show looks to be heading to Nine, with an ‘about’ page already set up on the TV Network’s official website.

“Audiences fell in love with their gap year seasons and their caravan specials,” reads a blurb.

“Now the boys will embark on another action packed adventure, but this time with a slight twist, in Hamish and Andy’s “Perfect” Holiday.”

The page also reveals the show will be produced by Radio Karate for Nine.

So good news for fans of the duo, but bad news for anyone hoping they might return to a prime-time radio shift any time soon.
