Fifi and Dave hit the streets to sell the Big Issue

FoxFM’s Fifi Box and Dave Thornton have hit the streets in high-vis vests to sell the Big Issue.

The publication celebrates two milestones this month – 18 years and nine million magazines.

Box and Thornton teamed up with vendors Russell and Cheryl to help sales.

Box, partnered with Cheryl and her two cats Cougar and Missy, used the felines as a drawcard, while Thornton, who was paired with Russell, was relying on charm.

In the end, Thornton made more money but Box sold more mags.
