Dustin Skipworth & Hamish Kilsby join Hit92.9

Hit92.9 has announced the appointment of Dustin Skipworth as its new assistant content director.

Having grown up in Perth, Dustin has spent the last 10 years living in working in Los Angeles.

He’s worked across television and radio, with roles at  FOX1’s TMZ Sport, The Chelsea Lately Show and Power106’s night show, The Liftoff.

“Growing up in Perth and listening to 92.9 as a kid, it has always been a dream of mine to bring the skills and experience that I have accumulated in Los Angeles back home and work for an iconic radio station like hit92.9,” he said.

“I am now joining a family that I know has the same goal of creating original content that is entertaining for our audience and sets us apart from our competition.

“Today, that dream of mine has become reality and both myself and my partner, Erica Hinkle, could not be more excited for this new adventure and to meet the team.”

In other changes announced, Breakfast producer Kally Borg is taking over the EP maternity contract.

Former HIT Squad member Jorgia Pisani joins as assistant producer.

Meantime, Fox FM interim music director Hamish Kilsby heads west as content operations assistant.

“I’m so pumped to be joining the legendary hit92.9 team in Perth,” said Hamish.

“I’m looking forward to an awesome year of  laughs, sun, creativity, fun and all round killer radio in what will be another massive year at hit92.9!”
