Could Tom Ballard have ended up on 92.9?

With former triple j breakfast host Tom Ballard (right) back on the comedy circuit fulltime, he has been popping into breakfast shows across the country to plug his shows.

While in Perth last week, Tom appeared on the 92.9 breakfast show Heidi, Will & Woody. The guys got him to cold call their Content Director Todd Campbell (below) and offer his services to do breakfast on the station.

Todd revealed he is a fan of Ballard and would love to hear him on commercial radio. He also said he considered him for 92.9 breakfast before Heidi, Will & Woody but it didn't quite work out.
