Colleague, friend and great advocate: RIP Graham Edwards

Darwin’s Territory FM 104.1 is paying tribute to a friend, former colleague and great advocate in Graham Edwards, following news of his recent death.

Graham (pictured above with Community Advisory Board Chairman Daryl Manzie) ran his own communications business for many years. He was the Broadcast Engineer at Territory FM and contributed greatly to the station’s success, embodying the values it holds dear.

Station Manager Matt Bern says “Graham was known for his dedication, professionalism, and warm spirit. He designed and rebuilt the Territory FM studios twice, and collectively kept us on air for nearly 36 years.”

“You would often find Graham pouring over circuit diagrams, and setting up the New TFM studios at City Campus. His skill was immense, but more than that, he found joy in his work and was always eager to help others”.

Graham made significant contributions to CDU and Territory FM 104.1 over many years and will be sadly missed.

The new master control room will be dedicated in his honour.
