Coi Leray’s ‘Players’ cracks Top 40: AirCheck

American rapper Coi Leray’s breakthrough single ‘Players’ has landed at No. 26 on the latest AirCheck Australian airplay chart.

Nova, CADA and triple j provided the majority of spins, while the Hit Network offered up a handful of Nights spins.

Having been floating around radio playlists for a while now, ‘Players’ finally cracks the Top 40 after 11 weeks on air.

Lizzo’s ‘Special’ debuts at No. 33 with the release of a SZA-featured version. 222 spins were recorded across 20 stations this week, including 101.9 The Fox and Nova 100, with 17 spins each.

After claiming the runner-up position in triple j’s Hottest 100, ‘BOTA’ by Eliza Rose & Interplanetary Criminal has returned to many radio playlists, increasing spins by +52.1% this week.

‘BOTA’ peaked at No. 22 in November and has amassed nearly 6,000 lifetime spins.
