Brooke Boney joins Will McMahon for KIIS national Drive show

As Woody Whitelaw heads out yonder for a trying experience in the South-African bush on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here, Will McMahon welcomes a special guest in his place to fill in temporarily on the KIIS Network’s national Drive Show.

Starting on Monday 17 April, Australian journalist and television presenter Brooke Boney will be joining Will to keep Woody’s momentum on the Will & Woody Drive show.

Will & Brooke Boney, promises to keep the momentum of the show going, bringing high energy and vibrancy, banter, gossip, daily news and celebrity interviews.   

“I’m so excited to bring a very small but much-needed degree of maturity into the Will and Woody show,” Brooke said. 

“Whilst Woody is away, Will and I will take great pleasure in laughing at him in the jungle from the comfort of our plush radio studios. I don’t have half the amount of food intolerances as Woody, so the show’s snack game will definitely improve, and I promise that I’ll continue to prank Woody’s dad, Steve, on Woody’s behalf.

Brooke is a recognisable face and voice that has been around for some time as TODAY’s Entertainment Presenter for the Nine Network, with previous appearances on National Indigenous Television (NITV), SBS and the ABC.

Will is chuffed to have Brooke on the show while Woody is away. 

“I have always been such a huge fan of Brooke and it will be an honour sharing a desk with her. She is a very talented broadcaster and I know the Will & Woody family will welcome her with open arms,” said Will.

Two weeks ago, Will & Woody were told live on air that one of them would be heading into the jungle, much to their surprise.

Woody drew the shortest straw and has now been cast into the wilderness.
