The Sunday Mail in Adelaide have run an article today about the current situation with Mel Greig, but a statement in the piece has angered an SCA breakfast host.

The story says Mel wants to send a condolence letter to the family of Jacintha Saldanha, but has allegedly been told she's not allowed to by SCA management.

Greig, who was home in Adelaide for her birthday, wouldn't go into any detail other than saying:

A family member, who wasn't named by the Sunday Mail said:

"She'd like to return to work, she feels ready, but it's still not confirmed. She's still waiting for her work to offer a decent job for her to return to. It's pretty stressful for her. Mel lost her dream job, she loved doing the Hot30."

"Some industry whispers have suggested Southern Cross Austereo could be considering returning Greig to air in Adelaide, possibly in the breakfast slot at SAFM, a move which friends and family feel would be right for her"

Lisa Fernandez, breakfast host at SCA station 92.9 in Perth, took to Twitter saying:
