Australian Innes Corp sold to the UK

Australian broadcast engineering company Innes Corp has been sold to the UK.

The buyer is Sonifex, a company that makes audio and video equipment.

This is the third corporate acquisition by Northamptonshire-based Sonifex which also acquired Nicral in 2001 and ProAMV in 2006.

Innes Corp has been making radio and TV broadcast equipment for more than 30 years.

The company was started in 1977 by John Innes.
