ABC Canberra appoint a new breakfast host

Philip Clark will be the one to replace ABC Canberra breakfast host Ross Solly next year.

Clark has previously worked on ABC local radio and ABC TV, as well as being a regular commentator on Sunrise and Meet The Press.

ABC local content manager Andrea Ho said:

“Philip Clark is an outstanding broadcaster and someone who has a knack for putting people at ease while conveying important issues. We are fortunate to have him on board and he will be an integral part of our team.”

Clark said, "I can’t wait to start at 666. What I am most looking forward to is chatting with listeners about their region and what matters to them most.”
