2WEB drop 2UE morning show

Community radio station 2WEB, based in Bourke, have decided to drop network programming from 2UE and develop their own local 9-12 morning show.

The station have been taking the feed from Sydney since 1996 but will now air ‘Outback Mornings’ presented by Neil Campbell (left) and produced by Tim Bennett.

The program will cover national and regional news stories plus news relevant to their listeners. 2WEB broadcast to 20% of NSW, over 130,000 square kilometres, so that's a lot of content to reflect.
