WSFM’s Brendan ‘Jonesy’ Jones and Amanda Keller have notched up 18 years on air together, making them one of Australia’s most successful and longest running radio teams.

The breakfast duo celebrated the milestone last night with a lavish 18th birthday party at Urban Winery in EQ Moore Park.  Over 150 guests were in attendance including loyal listeners, clients, media partners and other industry friends.

Guests enjoyed a live music performance from Richard Clapton, plus a set by Sister2Sister, while feasting on paella made on site by Amanda’s good friend and former colleague Miguel Maestre.

Reflecting on the anniversary, Jonesy & Amanda said: “In our time together, we have collectively had three bike accidents, a vasectomy and two hips replaced! Beloved pets have come and gone, and children have grown. We have shared our lives with our listeners, and our listeners have shared theirs back.”

ARN Chief Content Officer Duncan Campbell says “Jonesy & Amanda are one the great heritage breakfast shows in Australian radio history and after 18 years are stronger than ever. They are two of the nicest people to work with and have been able to constantly evolve over the years and continue to remain relevant to their audience. Congratulations to Jonesy & Amanda and their production team on achieving this incredible milestone.”

Jonesy & Amanda are one of the country’s most successful radio shows, having claimed the #1FM Breakfast crown multiple times in the radio survey ratings and taken home the coveted industry award at the Australian Commercial Radio Awards (the ACRAS) for Best On-Air Team three times.
