WSFM backyard barbie

WSFM's Jonesy and Amanda made the trek to the shire this week for a backyard jam session with John Paul Young at a listeners house in Menai.

The backyard barbie concert idea, whilst not new, is a fantastic and relatively simple event to put together…..and a great way to engage with listeners. The excitement from WSFM listener Rebecca Rafin showed how powerful it is; 

"(It's) the best day of my life, I haven't slept, I'm still on a cloud….I've had a copy of JPY singing I hate the music for 36 years and he signed it for me"
