Why radio footy coverage knows no boundaries for Zoe Scutter

At the start of this year’s AFL season, Triple M Footy’s Match Day Producer Zoe Scutter told SCA’s Head of Sports Content Ewan Giles she wanted to see the game from a different angle.

Now Zoe – former lead producer of Triple’s Rush Hour with JB & Billy – has officially begun her apprenticeship as an AFL boundary rider.

And what better person to show her the ropes than her good mate, Nine News sports reporter and seasoned Triple M Footy boundary rider Nat Yoannidis?

“As a producer, I LOVE working a game with Nat,” Zoe said on LinkedIn. “She is always hustling for extra info from her contacts, and is a gun in the rooms post-match.”

“I know she will help lock in the best interview, and totally command the space. This is what sets the good boundary riders apart from the rest.”

“Thankful to have so many beautiful friends in this industry who always offer to help me level up my game.”

Zoe’s radio journey first began taking shape almost a decade ago at ARN, as a fill-in producer on KIIS 101.1’s then-Melbourne Breakfast show with Matt Tilley & Meshel Laurie and the Hughesy & Kate national Drive show.
