Ugly Phil is back

Ugly Phil resigned from his drive shift on Star 104.5 Central Coast late last year. Previous to that he did breakfast and nights at Triple M Sydney for 2 and a half years, worked at Nova Sydney, did drive in London and of course The Hot 30 Countdown in the 90s.

He is now making a return to Triple M, this time in Brisbane as part of their workday lineup.

Phil will be doing arvo's, 1pm – 4pm, from June 3.

"The idea behind the bit was putting to the test the theory that if the hotline rings and it's an unscheduled interview with a big guest (a la Susan Boyle), could you get the jock to believe it enough to put it live to air," said Phil
