Toni & Ryan’s Spotify deal “We can’t wait to get started”

Toni Lodge and Ryan Jon are excited about what lies ahead, following news their podcast – Toni and Ryan – will become exclusive to Spotify from August 8.

Since its launch in August last year, the podcast has amassed a solid global following as good mates Toni and Ryan talk about anything and everything, from dating horror stories to relationships and food.

The move to Spotify means the pair – who launched via the crowdfunding platform Patreon – can keep churning out content five days a week.

Toni and Ryan are part of Brad March’s management stable. The former Austereo (now SCA) managing director and chief programmer founded March Media in 2016 with artists Jackie O’ Henderson, Robin Bailey and Ryan Jon, his very first client.

March also looks after leading radio and podcast talent including Ben and Liam, Abby Coleman,  Jack Post, Laura Loz O’Callaghan and The Chaser.

Lodge told Media Week “This is a really exciting partnership for us. We can’t wait to get started and to be part of the Spotify family.”

Jon is equally enthused:

“To have it locked in and resourced for years to come and to get to work alongside Spotify who are the best in the business is an absolute dream.”
