Six months ago, Toni Lodge and Ryan Jon Dunn were invited to speak at Radiodays Europe 2026 in Latvia.

On their podcast, Toni and Ryan made an off-hand promise to their fans: if even one TARPer (Toni and Ryan Podcast-er) was in Riga, Latvia, they’d fly over and record a live show there.

Turns out there was. And, true to their word, Toni & Ryan did exactly that.

After 36 hours of travel, the dynamic duo sold out a room full of TARPers for a live podcast record at Radiodays Europe.

They also delivered a keynote at the conference on building such a loyal global community.
