The Bevo & Mimi Show on The Fix

When Radio Today spoke with Tony Martin recently we asked him who he liked most on radio at the moment. One team he mentioned was 'The Sweetest Plum'.

'The Sweetest Plum' are Nick Maxwell and Declan Fay.

These 2 guys started as a podcast out of Declan's kitchen, got picked up by Triple M, ended up doing drive, stopped doing drive and have ended up back in the kitchen.

But since then they've been written up in the Herald Sun, talked up by Rove, Wil Anderson, Charlie Pickering and, as mentioned, Tony Martin.

Another project they have been working on is starting to get some talk around the place.

They are releasing various YouTube episodes that are a look inside a fake breakfast show (just in case it's not obvious), called 'Bevo & Mimi' and it's on a fake station called 'The Fix'. They have written this series with Chris Kennett who is also a writer on 'The Project'.
