Stav, Abby & Matt get ready to Cross-River Rumble

Move over State of Origin, there’s a new dynamic duel in town, and this is one for the Brisbane history books.

B105 has re-ignited the battle that will finally decide which side of the river is better: North or South.

Montagues v Capulets, Alien v Predator, Stallone v Schwarzenegger … Queensland v NSW. These iconic rivalries all pale in comparison to the cross-water clash of Brisbane’s North v South.

Brisbanites have always had their preference as to which side of the Brisbane River they live on – but which one is better?

B105 plans to decide it once and for all.

Every day on B105, The $50k Trivia Turf War will play out on breakfast with Stav, Abby and Matt – where a contestant from the North and South will go head-to-head in a battle of Brissy brains.

The winners progress until there are just four, and on Friday August 18, they’ll play for the title and $50,000.

The burning question is, will Stav, Abby and Matt remain friends? With Matty and Northsider, Abby a staunch Southsider and Stav having lived on both sides, this could blow up the brekkie trio.
