STAR 1063 crowns the winner of Archie & Donny’s Locked Away for 10K

After 99 intense hours locked away in a secret location, STAR 1063 has announced the the winner of its groundbreaking reality radio event – Archie & Donny’s Locked Away for 10K, powered by JGI.

Launched on September 15th, five duos entered the competition, each locked together without phones, freedom, or creature comforts.

Over five gruelling days, they faced mental and physical challenges, temptation trials, surprise elimination, and nonstop psychological pressure – with all vying for the life-changing $10,000 prize.

The Contestants were:

• Jody & Mandie – The Twins
• Cody & Liam – The Boys
• Teresa & Warren – The Grandparents
• Jess & Nathan – The Newlyweds
• Kasia & Matty – The Lovebirds

Early eliminations saw Kasia & Matty (The Lovebirds) voted out by their fellow duos, followed by Jody & Mandie (The Twins), with Jess & Nathan (The Newlyweds) then sent home after a fierce elimination challenge.

This left Cody & Liam (The Boys) and Teresa & Warren (The Grandparents) to battle it out in an epic Grand Final and race through the streets of Townsville filled with puzzles, checkpoints, and challenges weaving through the city’s heart.

The competitors endured a week of challenges, temptations, laughs, ten-pin bowling, and even a few rounds of gel blasters keeping listeners on the edge of their seats.

In in the end, it was Cody & Liam – THE BOYS – who walked away with the ten grand.
