SEN announces its NRL line-up for 2026 season
Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) has unveiled an expanded SEN League commentary team as the 2026 NRL season gets underway.
SEN will again broadcast four games every week during the NRL regular season, plus every Brisbane Broncos home and away game through Broncos Radio on SENQ 693am and the SEN App.
SEN will also deliver every match of the NRL Finals Series, and both the NRLW and NRL Grand Finals live across its platforms.
Fans can again enjoy SEN’s trademark special calls, with all three State of Origin clashes to feature Blues Radio, Maroons Radio and Origin Live (neutral call).
SEN will also broadcast all three Women’s State of Origin matches in 2026.
SEN’s NRL calls will again feature an extensive list of expert commentators, including well-known voices like Mat Rogers and Corey Parker, alongside Chad Townsend, Jarrod Croker and Blake Austin, who are all new to the network in 2026.
SEN League will be expanding its weekly programming in 2026, to include NRL Crunch Time, broadcast on both Saturdays and Sundays from midday; launching a new show – NRL Countdown – which will air Thursdays at 6pm and be hosted by Julian King, setting the agenda for the upcoming round; and Saturday League Kick Off. With a refreshed line-up featuring Denan Kemp and Chad Townsend, the show will air from 10am to 12pm AEDT and be broadcast live on TV via Fox League and Kayo Sports.
At the conclusion of daylight savings, Jelisa Apps will also be joining SEN’s Sunday post-game coverage, providing news and insights from the round of play.
SEN CEO Craig Hutchison said “Each year we challenge ourselves to elevate the listening experience for rugby league fans, and 2026 will be our biggest and most ambitious NRL season yet.”
“Our goal is simple: to bring fans closer to the game than ever before.”
“We’re proud to welcome new talent into the fold alongside some of rugby league’s most respected commentators. The blend of fresh perspective and seasoned experience puts SEN in a fantastic position to deliver the most comprehensive and entertaining NRL coverage in the country.”
