Ruel live in Nova’s Red Room, July 23

Ruel is the next to take to the Nova’s Red Room stage, at Melbourne’s Northcote Theatre on Thursday, 23 July, with the event a 13+ show, so that a new generation get the chance to experience a live performance, up close, in a money-can’t-buy setting.

A natural fit for the inclusive event, Ruel has built a global fanbase off the back of hits including ‘Painkiller’ and ‘Dazed & Confused’. This is a third Red Room appearance for Ruel, presented by Westpac, after performing in Sydney in 2022 and as a special guest with Rita Ora and Rudimental back in 2017 when he was only 15!

Nova’s Red Room in 2026 has seen performances from performances from Morgan Evans, Dasha, Jelly Roll and Keli Holiday, as well as the introduction of new formats like Niall Horan’s Dinner Party.

Nova Network’s Group Programming Director, Brendan Taylor, said:

“Nova’s Red Room has built its reputation on putting fans closer to the artists they love, creating intimate,
premium music moments with some of the world’s biggest names. Bringing Ruel back for a 13+ event feels like the perfect next chapter. He has grown up alongside so many of our listeners and opening the doors to younger fans for this show makes the moment even more special.”

Sydney-born singer-songwriter Ruel’s third studio album Kicking My Feet & Screaming is out this week.

Listeners can enter to attend by registering via the Nova Player and listening Nova for the chance to win an exclusive invite.
