Reliving State of Origin’s magic moments

The award winning podcast series Stories of Origin has returned for 2025 with Magic Moments, featuring James Tedesco in this week’s episode, titled Teddy’s Match Winner.

The 2025 Magic Moments Stories covers everything from Arthur Beetson‘s thunderous first steps onto Lang Park in 1980 to Mark Coyne’s miracle try and Ben Hunt’s runaway redemption.

Utilising rare and never-before-heard Nine archive audio, the six-part series takes us inside the most iconic plays in State of Origin history – straight from the mouths of those who lived them.

Narrated by Mathew Thompson, the series also features big names including Wally Lewis, Brad Fittler, Phil Gould, Ben Hunt, Roy Masters and Billy Slater.
